Compiled below are the responses to some of your most frequently asked questions. Enjoy!


1. The Light Pack and other merchandise are listed for no cost, but then it looks like I still have to pay to order. Why is this?

Yes, as Candle Lighters is a non-profit body, all items listed in the store are free of charge. The only cost a person will still have to cover is for shipping, as this is outside the locus of control of Candle Lighters.

Rest assured, however, Candle Lighters works with the best to ensure these costs are VERY MINIMAL. 

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Payment on every order comes through within 3-5 business days. As soon as it is received, the shipping process is executed such that the parcel is delivered within another 2-7 business days, again depending on your location.

3. Does the pass-it-on aspect of the Light Week Challenge include my journal?

No, you are not expected to pass on your Light Week journal. Only the Light Pack you have received containing all nine letters and your Coping  Cards Collection should be passed on to someone else of your choosing.

4. Why do I get an error message at checkout point saying my order can't be delivered to my country?

The Light Pack and merchandise are deliverable to anywhere in the world. If at the point of checkout such an error message pops up, it may be because the items have exceeded the weight limit for a single parcel.

In this case, please divide your order into smaller portions of 1-2 items and then perform the checkout process as required for each portion.
